Coachfront

Coachfront facts

Checked 8 October 2026.

What it is

  • Coachfront is bookings, payments, programming and progress for personal trainers, coaches, small studios and gyms, massage and sports therapists, and online coaches.
  • Clients book and pay from their phone. Coaches sell sessions, packs and monthly plans and see who is coming.
  • It is built for coaches who train clients in person and online: monthly coaching plans, check-in calls, and sessions clients log on their own.
  • Every feature is on every account.

Programming and progress

  • Coaches write a client's week of workouts, and can copy a week forward.
  • Coaches log each session as they coach. The client's last time and best for each exercise show as the coach types.
  • New personal bests are marked when they are logged.
  • Clients see their workouts, their coach's notes and their personal bests.

Price

  • No monthly fee and no setup fee.
  • 1% of online payments, never more than £49 in a calendar month.
  • Stripe charges its own card fee on top (1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards).
  • Clients pay no booking fee.
  • No commission on new clients. Being listed in the directory is optional and free, and it adds no fee.
  • Money goes to the coach's or studio's own Stripe account. There is no contract.

What coaches and studios can sell

  • Drop-in classes, courses booked as a block, and events with early-bird prices.
  • Packs with an expiry date, and monthly plans: unlimited, or a set number of sessions a month, with unused sessions carried over up to a limit the coach sets.
  • Intro offers, free trials, gift cards and discount codes.
  • Packs paid in 2 to 6 monthly instalments, with the dates shown before paying.
  • 1:1 sessions with an optional deposit, booked by the client from the coach's working hours or sent as a time by link.

Booking

  • Clients book without a password and can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Up to 6 spaces in one checkout, to bring friends.
  • Waitlists that book the next person in, or hold the space for them to claim.
  • A cancellation window set by the coach or studio. Cancel in time and the session or payment goes back.
  • Self-booked 1:1 times are checked against the coach's own calendar.
  • A client account showing bookings, packs, monthly plans and payments.

Running the day

  • A register and check-in, including a door code clients scan with their phone.
  • Pay links for anything owed, invoices for bank transfer, and refunds with a reason.
  • 17 ready-made emails, such as trial follow-ups, win-backs and birthdays, each switched on or off by the coach.
  • Reports on bookings, takings and where clients came from.
  • Webhooks for Zapier, Make or the studio's own app.
  • The booking page and client emails come in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian and Arabic. Each client can choose their own language.
