For studios

Plans are month to month and can be cancelled any time from Settings. You own your client data and can export it whenever you like. Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms, and payouts go directly to your bank account.

Your clients stay yours

Your client list belongs to you. We never email or message your clients to sell them another studio, and we never show a rival on your pages. If your listing in the Coachfront directory brings you a client, there is no fee for it. The only charge is the small fee on online payments.

For clients

When you book, your contract is with the studio. Each studio sets its own prices, cancellation window and refund rules, which are shown before you pay. Questions about a booking or refund should go to the studio.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Coachfront is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will always be available.
