Acuity Standard starts at $34/month (USD). Square classes and packs need Plus or above. Payment processing is charged separately by each provider.
Questions about pricing
What does the 1% cover?
Everything listed above, for your whole team. It comes off each online payment, card or Direct Debit, until you reach the monthly cap.
What about Stripe's fees?
Stripe charges its own fee on each payment: 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards (more for premium and international cards), or 1% with a 20p minimum and £4 cap for Direct Debit. That fee goes to Stripe.
Is there a fee on cash or bank transfers?
Cash and transfers you mark as paid yourself: free. Transfers we match for you automatically: 1%, inside the same £49 cap.
Do you take a cut of new clients?
No. Being listed in the directory is free and optional.
Do my clients pay anything extra?
No. Clients pay your price.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can stop at any time.
