How to sell personal training packs online
6 min read · Updated 8 October 2026
Selling single sessions often means chasing payments. Packs get you paid up front.
Offer two or three packs
- A starter pack of 5 sessions, priced a little under 5 single sessions.
- A 10 or 12-session pack for clients with a goal and a date.
- A monthly plan with a set number of sessions, for long-term clients.
Put the pack you most want to sell in the middle.
Set an expiry that matches the plan
Give packs a sensible window, for example 10 sessions in 12 weeks, so clients keep a rhythm and you aren't holding unused sessions for months. Send a reminder a week before sessions run out.
Let clients pay big packs in instalments
Let clients spread a large pack over a few monthly payments, with the amounts and dates shown before they pay.
Get paid before the session
- Take payment when they book, or a deposit if you book clients yourself.
- Send a payment link for anything owed.
- Keep a record of cash and bank transfers next to card payments.
Packs and instalments in Coachfront
Sell packs and monthly plans from your booking page, let clients pay big packs in 2 to 6 monthly instalments, send a time with a deposit over WhatsApp, and send pay links for anything owed. Clients see their sessions left in their own account.
Quick answers
- Should PT packs expire?
- Yes. An expiry that matches the plan, such as 10 sessions in 12 weeks, keeps clients consistent and stops unused sessions building up.
- Can clients pay for a PT pack in instalments?
- In Coachfront, yes: set a pack to allow 2 to 6 monthly payments and clients choose at checkout.
